There has been a lot of progress at The Landing at Pearland! The clubhouse is completely dried in as we continue to work on the exterior finishes of the building. The clubhouse interior is coming along nicely. The electricians, plumbers, and AC subs are almost done with the rough-ins. Once they complete this – we will be one siding all the walls! As for the rest of the amenity block – the pool has been dug and gunited. From here – we will be continuing to work on all of the exterior finishes of the clubhouse and the outdoor restrooms. We have also poured the main roads for this project and are continuing to prep more roads as you read this. Come back soon to catch up on the progress we have made!
