Early this morning our team took advantage of the cool weather and poured the foundation for what will be the new clubhouse in the amenity area of this neighborhood. This clubhouse will be the centerpiece for the entire amenity block with a pool, playground, and sports court being its compliments. The clubhouse will comprise of a great room, fitness center, and a game room, all of which may be used by the residents.
